Multiple OMA Building Renovations Design-Build RFPs
As a sub-consultant to Premier Engineering Consultants, LLC, Yaeger Architecture Inc. was the author of, and provided, a 35% level of architectural and interior design of seven independent Design-Build Request For Proposals (RFP’s) at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This project was a task order issued through and AE Services IDIQ with the Kansas City District USACE. The Design-Build RFPs included packages for:
A. Minor System Renovations to Buildings 52, 86 and 268
B. Historic Revitalization to Buildings 53, 90 and 245.
C. Electrical system upgrades to Buildings 121 and 136.
The scope of work for each project varies between packages and includes; historic revitalizations, “Mission Critical” data center electrical upgrades through replacement of switchgear and generators designed to meet 2N, historical building surveys, interim and deployment facilities, vehicle maintenance shop, environmental survey reports, classified open-storage and SCIF environments, replacement of fire protection systems, space planning, programming and identification of interior design criteria.
